1.糸・紙・メジャーなどを、指の付け根に軽く巻きます
2.きつく締めすぎないようご注意ください
3.巻いた長さを**ミリメートル（mm）**で測ります
4.上記のサイズ対応表と照らし合わせてサイズをご確認ください
※ 指は時間帯や体調により、むくみが出ることがあります
※ サイズに迷った場合は、少し余裕のあるサイズをおすすめします

1.Gently wrap a string, paper, or measuring tape around the base of your finger
2.Make sure it is not too tight
3.Measure the length in millimeters (mm)
4.Refer to the size chart above
